Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
At A to Z Rugs & Carpet, we deal in handmade rugs and carpets crafted using traditional techniques. Due to the nature of our products, please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- All rugs and carpets are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or design are natural and not considered defects.
- Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
- Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-made or specially ordered carpets
- Antique or vintage carpets
- Washed, damaged, or altered items
- Products returned without prior approval
Refunds
- Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
- Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For custom or special orders, cancellations are not allowed once production or sourcing has started.
International Orders
- For international shipments, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by customs authorities.
Damaged or Lost in Transi
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in coordination with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.
